Keep the faith JT! It'll come for you! I was reading a post from MsSheka in another thread and she said it looked like alot of k1 filers were being approved from CSC and that the CR1 should be picking up again soon!!

What do you mean, Moniq? The cancelling part? I don't know. We called when after a good 25 days our check hadn't been cashed and we had received no notice on the NOA1. They told us that we had filed incorrectly and therefore, they had cancelled our I130 petition. That it should have been filed in Detroit and not Chicago because my husband is from MI. We freaked out for about an hour and then we realized that we had filed correctly. After my husband ripped them a new one, they admitted it was their fault and got cracking on the NOA1 immediately. Our check was cashed the very nexy morning and we had our NOA1 in the mail in two days. Apparently his "Is this how you treat American citizens who have put their lives on hold for you" spiel sent them scurrying into action. I wish they would approve the NOA2 with the same amount of speed.
