At least Boston/MA aren't too different from the UK...CA is another world entirely and despite having lived abroad, I've never ever felt so British as the fortnight I spent there!!

I've never been to CA. I imagine it is a world apart from New England and old England as well!

My husband just called me and he says that our petition has been approved. And, of course, I am ecstatic as one should be. Here's hoping that there is no ill-will among those who filed before us and have not received any approval to date. We're probably just lucky, I imagine!

It looks like both our I-130s were approved the same day. I called them as well and the package still hasn't been entered. Something tells me that we may have an NVC case # either tomorrow or the day after. Until then, it's a waiting game.

I just spoke with an operator at NVC. The case is @ NVC now!! They gave me the NVC Case # as well... Your's may be there as well... They mentioned the case is under review, and asked me to call next week to give them the email addresses for the DS 3032... Well, I guess we can take future conversations over to the Sept NVC thread...

Hi, thanks for the heads up. I called them twice tonight around 11:40PM EST, both time, they told me it has not made it into their system yet. :crying: I am hoping tomorrow will be a fruitful day. Please pray for me...

hello guys i recieved my noa2 on sept 21 so im so excited cuz i see my husband he for the birth our daughter in january ,now i hadnt come in cuz i had no internet ,so i read last post happy to hear that 95 percent of july filers is approved and that have of august ,know what would be my next step when do tell my husband to email his ds3032 and when do i pay the $70 and when do i send the 186 form

I don't have Glaswegian habits. I come from the civilized side of the country!

Yes Boston is said to be the most european city in America. I love New England. It's way better than the old one! The life style is similar to home and Boston is the closest airport. But the winters are sooo cold! I didn't know what cold was until last new year.
