Hello my fellow july filers!! i just want to share my happiness,as we finally received our NOA2 today:) july filers are moving:)yay!!!!i will pray for those who doesn't have their NOA2 yet...i believe you guys will be next!!

I have a quick question. Does anyone know if touches will show up in new system.

Ours still just says it was recieved 8/6. It is as if it got lost as I keep seeing people who filed after us getting approved. I would be psyched to see a touch or anything. I'm completely stressed waiting. I miss my husband and I hate that there doesnt seem to be order or reson in this system.It's as if they just keep dumping more mail on top so whoever is on the bottom can sit there for months in limbo. I see some May filers still stuck while August already through. It's frustrating.

I just feel so helpless.

Don't worry Diane, I am in the same boat as you do!!! It is so hard to see people filed after you getting their NOA2s. I even contact acouple of the previous filers from other months that hasn't posted their NOA2s to see if they have heard anything and so far the ones I had heard back from haven't gotten theirs too. As far as following up with a phone call to uscis....they won't even talk unless it is after the 5 month mark of the notice

I keep hoping and praying I will get a touch or something!!!!

Just remember you aren't alone in this!!!! And it sucks!!!!!

It does suck.lol But I find it strangely comforting that we arent alone. It makes me worry that they lost the file or I did something wrong or there is some problem. I triple checked everything so I'm pretty sure it just means no one has looked at it yet. He needs to sell a house befofe he can move anyway but it's the stress of not having a clue when we can plan our life that is so difficult. Plus we are paying for two households and it is a real strain.I miss him and just want this part to be over and my life to not be on hold any longer. Tell me about it I'm really happy for everyone getting their approvals so quickly, but a 'finally' after waiting less than two months does kind of rub it in for those of us who are still waiting.

Tell me about it I'm really happy for everyone getting their approvals so quickly, but a 'finally' after waiting less than two months does kind of rub it in for those of us who are still waiting.

If you only know what i've been through you wouldn't say that dear....we also have had a failed petiton previously...but i waited patiently.... i believe yours will come next..God bless...

I wish I knew why ours has not even been touched. I am making myself nutty wondering and worrying why some go through so quick and others wait longer. it seems like a very infair and disorganized system. I hate that we cannot evn check until 5 months pass. At least we have a visit coming up soon! I worry about the POE agent every time one of us travels since they hold so much pwer. He is bringing prrof of job,motgage etc back home and copy of ticket for next trip here with his mum. I hope we move to necxt step soon. Come on NOA 2!!!

No, I don't know what you've been through, and vice versa, but this isn't a contest of who has the most difficult circumstances...it's just frustration and a polite request for a little consideration for those still waiting...

I am still luckier than most, as I have only been waiting two months and not nearly five like others, and I'm also able to visit (theoretically) on the VWP, but as a citizen of a low-risk country with (what seems to me) an airtight relationship, I find it hard to understand why others who filed several weeks after me and from higher-risk countries are being approved so quickly, even though I'm very happy for them of course.

When i checked my status online and i got TOUCHED,that was the day CSC has forwarded our papers to NVC as our NOA2 hard copy is dated september 16,so have faith people as you will be next
