Wow! Approved after 66 days! Just found out before work! AND it's my wife's birthday, awesome birthday present! Stay hopeful everyone, your day is coming! Ball in our court now, NVC world coming up. Back to work I guess! Keep your chin up!

08/18/09: I-130 Sent to Chicago

08/20/09: I-130 Received by USCIS

08/25/09: NOA1

09/22/09: NOA2

10/05/09: Received case# and gave emails

10/07/09: Received DS-3032 and AOS email

10/09/09: Sent DS-3032 email to optin electronic filing

10/15/09: Paid both AOS & IV fees

10/16/09: Received email electronic filing accepted

10/18/09: Sent AOS via email

10/23/09: Received email that AOS was accepted and waiting for IV

10/27/09: Sent IV via email

11/10/09: Signon to payment failure

11/19/09: Received email for interview - December 14th

12/14/09: Approved for Visa

12/16/09: Received Visa

April 19, 2013 - submit the form I-130

April 22, 2013 - Receive the NOA1

July 29, 2013 - Approved NOA2 ( 82 working days)

July 30, 2013 - USCIS shipped my documents to NVC

Aug 5, 2013 - Arrived at NVC Building

Aug 13, 2013 - Got the NVC case # via PHONE

Aug 14, 2013 - Got the Invoice # via PHONE

Aug 15, 2013 - Send my DS-3032 via Email

Aug 16, 2013 - AOS Pay

Aug 17, 2013 - Got an email to print the COVER SHEET

Aug 21, 2013 - send the AOS overnight at NVC

Aug 28, 2013 - Accept the DS-3032

Aug 30, 2013 - IV BILL pay and Documents Sent to NVC receive the checklist AOS.

September 19, 2013 Sent back the checklist

September 20, 2013 Sept 26, arrived @ NVC

Sept 30,2013 - already encode to their system

ADVANCE MEDICAL @ St. Luke - SEPTEMBER 23, 2013

don't worry of not being touch because many cases had no touch but got the NOA2 and our case is one of the "no touches" case

Sept. 14, 2009 - NOA2 hardcopy received by husband

Sept. 18, 2009 - case number assigned (NVC process starts)

Nov. 4, 2009 - CASE COMPLETE @NVC!

Nov. 13, 2009 - interview date assigned by NVC

DEC. 10, 2009 AT 6:30AM

re scheduled DECEMBER 1, 2009- INTERVIEW - white slip (passport and medical results from st. luke

Dec 14, 2009 - VISA received

Dec 21, 2009 - USA arrival (POE - San francisco)

Jan. 6, 2010 - SSN received

Do a lot of people get NOA2 without any touches? Ours still has not been touched but I see lots of people getting thier NOA2 and some filed after we did. I keep trying to figure out how they do things. I just want to have my husband home as soon as we can. Congrats to all of you who have been approved in the last few weeks. Hopefully it means we are getting closer. I wold love to have it before the 5 month mark!

congrats on those approvd ,but please can u guys write down the steps u guys are doing following the approval so that way can help many of us whose gonna have their noa2 soon ,thanks appreciate any help to process this fast since im expecting im 22 weeks prgnant and would love to have my husband before our daughter is born so ,it will help if u guys tell us what u guys do thankz

Same here! I'm sure it's even more frustrating for those in April, May and June who are still waiting...but when I see someone with an NOA1 of August 31st (essentially skipping the entire month of August, let alone everyone else) get their NOA2 in 17 days (can't remember who it is but congratulations :D ) it does make me wonder what on earth is happening over at CSC!!!
