ok i just found out they already cashed my checlk so that means i have a noa1 but i wont know that date intill it comes but im thinking that we are gonna go thru this fast i hpoe jajajjai send my in on monday the 20 they must have recieved it an wensday and they assigned me a number on friday and they put my check in on monday if thats the case i think we will process fast ,lets cross our fingers and new comers please stay in touch so we all know whats going on thanku

hi everyone! finally i found a july filers thread.. i am officially a july filer based on our NOA1 although we sent ours in june 25..

N400 timeline:

04/17/2013 - sent N400
05/06/2013 - biometrics letter notice date
05/17/2013 - biometrics appointment

05/21/2013 - in line for interview

07/08/2013 - actual interview date

07/19/2013 - oath ceremony

Mom's IR5

10/15/2013 - sent I130

10/16/2013 - receipt date on NOA1 (Overland Park, Kansas)

11/22/2013 - received notice, case transferred to TSC

12/13/2013 - Email update, Petition approved!

01/23/2014 - case transferred to NVC

03/04/2014 - case number assigned

03/06/2014 - submitted DS-261

03/07/2014 - paid AOS Fee

03/19/2014 - sent AOS package

03/25/2014 - paid IV Fee

03/29/2014 - submitted DS260

03/31/2014 - sent DS-260(IV) civil documents

04/08/2014 - IV and AOS Checklist (I864A - incomplete information (place of residence))

04/09/2014 - sent AOS checklist

04/21/2014 - false AOS checklist

05/07/2014 - email notification for case complete

05/14/2014 - received appointment interview letter via email

05/15/2014 - CEAC status "In Transit" to consulate (US Embassy, Manila)

06/11/2014 - interview @ 6:15am (PASSED)

06/11/2014 - CEAC status "ISSUED" (visa is authorized for printing)

07/??/2014 - flight to US POE Detroit

April 19, 2013 - submit the form I-130

April 22, 2013 - Receive the NOA1

July 29, 2013 - Approved NOA2 ( 82 working days)

July 30, 2013 - USCIS shipped my documents to NVC

Aug 5, 2013 - Arrived at NVC Building

Aug 13, 2013 - Got the NVC case # via PHONE

Aug 14, 2013 - Got the Invoice # via PHONE

Aug 15, 2013 - Send my DS-3032 via Email

Aug 16, 2013 - AOS Pay

Aug 17, 2013 - Got an email to print the COVER SHEET

Aug 21, 2013 - send the AOS overnight at NVC

Aug 28, 2013 - Accept the DS-3032

Aug 30, 2013 - IV BILL pay and Documents Sent to NVC receive the checklist AOS.

September 19, 2013 Sent back the checklist

September 20, 2013 Sept 26, arrived @ NVC

Sept 30,2013 - already encode to their system

ADVANCE MEDICAL @ St. Luke - SEPTEMBER 23, 2013

CASE COMPLETE AS OF TODAY : OCTOBER 23,2013

NOVEMBER 1 , 2013 -Documents left at NVC - Your case is in transit to the Consular Section. Your interview date was provided to you by the National Visa Center

NOVEMBER 4, 2013 Delivered - Signed for by : CEZAR NARTEA

NOVEMBER 5, 2013 - CEAC Case Creation Date: 13-Aug-2013 Status Updated Date: 05-Nov-2013 Your case is ready for your interview when scheduled at the U.S. Consular section. If you have already scheduled an appointment for an interview, please prepare your documents as directed in your appointment letter and appear at the consulate on the appointed date and time. Otherwise, please wait until you have received interview scheduling instructions.

well i got a wac # yesss my noa is july 27th so i got in for july ,i havent gotten hard copy but i call uscis and they gave it to after three calls jajajajaj

3. BIRTH CERTIFICATE

4. MARRIAGE CERTIFICATE ( AUTHENTICATED BY NSO)

5. CENOMAR - MARRIED

6. PASSPORT WITH MARRIED NAME

We just filed this week. I'm hoping it will make it to Chicago by Monday.

It would be no problem if we could wait together. Waiting in two separate countries is so hard.

im a july filer also..want to join this group...

we filed last july 17 and noa1 approved july 20 , my fiancee received the hardcopy last july 27 ...now waiting for noa2 ;)

godspeed to all of us...

7-15-09 sent 129f

7-20-09 application date of 129f

7-27-09 received the noa1

7-28-09 apply military expedite

8-05-08 touched (according to the hotline they send mail)
