On the form 751 they have a children section...do i put our child who was born in the US

I would think you would need to list that child, yes.

In our case, we will have 2 - one who was born in Russia to my husband and one who was born in the US to both of us. We would certainly put the second one and I assume the first one, as well?

I put the names of my two children on the form. Both of them are US Citizens. Just make sure that you state your child's immigration status as 'US Citizen'.

Yes, put the child's name where it asks for the child's name. That is exactly what we did!

I did too I listed one in colombia still, one a us citizen and 2 condtional kids who were not eiligble to file. Let me tell you this will start a thread here for sure. Some say yes, some say NO I followed the instructions and listed all the kids
