Hey relax. It is not our fault that you are going through all this, and people are trying to help you; so you might want to try being a little nicer. If you want people to "mind their own business" you should do the same and take care of your mess without asking for help. How would you like that?

People can't mind their own business when you make it public. Sheesh!

Don't just open your mouth and prove yourself a fool....put it in writing.

It gets harder the more you know. Because the more you find out, the uglier everything seems.

He is a she, you posted this thread ( July 23 ) because a divorce is happening in your life however tragic that may be it struck me as odd since you then went and asked about citizenship in 3 years ( July 28 ). You asked about the citizenship after you had posted and started this thread.

yes i ask it and it was for my friend
Asking for a friend does not include the word "I" as you had in the post.
3 years- 90 days since i got my first GC or 3 years -90 days since the date i got married?
I call it like I see it and brought it to the attention here. You start one thread and sympathy is given and deserved if these are the facts you are going through. But when days later you start asking about citizenship in 3 years well a little bell went off and I brought it up.

To answser your quetions your GC is yours and can not be taken from you by him.

In case you are also wondering I am the USC.
