Hey guys,

Does any form on the AOS package need to be notarized? Like the I-864?

Thank you,

Marina

None need to be notarized

If using a co sponsor, the 1-864A should be notarized.

We're using a co sponsor, however we are not filling out I-864A. Why should we?

An I-864a is used by members of the household who wish to have their income considered in the calculation. The I-864a is NOT for co-sponsors, it is for household members considered on YOUR I-864. If the joint-sponsor is NOT in your houselhold, he/she will fill out an I-864 just like you and it does not have to be notarized.
