I am a US citizen and was married in Colombia. I have a question about the pictures that were taken for our I-130 submission. There are apparently different dimensions required for passport vs. visa. The pics we had are visa style and look slightly doctored. Will these be rejected on submission of I-130? See attachments.

many thanks

If the dimensions are correct, they will be accepted. These look square, so they are probably right. USCIS is not so picky but NVC and the Consulate will be. After you file the I-130, don't be tempted to file an I-129F. K3 is an obsolete visa category. Just follow the IR1/CR1 guide for the immigrant spouse visa.

They certainly look doctored to me, there appears to be a large white oval where the FACE should be. "Will these be rejected on submission of I-130?" Its six to five, and you pick 'em. :bonk::goofy::jest:

I am following the k1/k3 visa guide/flow exactly from this site in hopes of not having to hire a lawyer. Does someone need to be informed that the flow is wrong? Confused now. Does the USCIS have a more updated flow? THANKS btw, i noticed in your timeline, you filed the I-129F. Please advise...

Do yourself a huge favor and forget the K3. Follow the CR1/IR1 guide instead. K3 is an obsolete visa category.
