:dance: We had our interview yesterday and everything happened as planed. It was a long wait but it payoff. It was an exausted interview and thanks to God that when most of the people were getting denied the consul agent said the magic words to me, WE WILL ISSUE THE VISA TO YOUR WIFE

and after many questions more than what I was expecting I heard those magic words. I´ll post all comments since I want to give details for all those that are very nervous about the interview and to have an idea of what to expect on that big that we all dream about.

5/27/09- AOS response overnight to NVC

5/28/09- NVC received checklist (Ds230) as per AVR/ under REVIEW

Our time line for CR1 visa took only 5 months and 1 week or 156 days; from the filing the I-130 on the 03-12-2009 to Approval of NOA2 on the 05/13/2009, then Interview on the 08/18/2009 at Manila, Philippines. We had a daughter on the 11-12-2010 named AISHA JOY means HAPPY LIFE.a1_opt-1.jpga2_opt-1.jpga3_opt-1.jpg

that is so awesome orlando I am very happy for you. I hope though that it doesnt take this long for me :(. September 2008 still is a long long time. I am going to have orders possibly this fall for permanent change of station and I think I will have to depart by 2010 summer. I am hoping my wife can get here soon :D, but don't we all.
