In speaking with a lawyer, we were informed that the waiting times for K3 are the same as those for direct consular filing and we should just do that in order to save time and headaches later for my husband to come to the US. Anyone have any info on if this is a wise idea, or should we just go for the K3 and worry about the rest when he gets here?
