In short... I'd take as much as you could carry!! Always better to be over prepared!

First, it is a fool's errand to go to any interview without a copy of every document ever sent to USCIS or the consulate. When I say "every document" I MEAN every document. YES, the WHOLE thing, all of it.

Second, you MUST have anything the consulate puts in their "check list", which was linked in the post above
