I am not a troll so please I need advice here. How would you feel if your husband EX wife wants to use his name again? What will happen if she uses his name again, I am the wife she is the EX. What she can do about it by using my husband name, I do have a son and I am the mother. :(

It is her name. She can use it for as long as she wants.

Honey it is only a name, let it go. Do not get yourself worked up over this tiny issue. Does your husband come home to you everynight? Then what is a name but a name.........

A rose by any other name would smell as sweet....oh sorry, this doesn't call for Shakespeare?

Why on earth would her having the same name as you or your son give her rights to him unless she was the biological mother? That makes no sense. I have a different last name from my daughter and her stepmom has the same last name. That doesn't mean her stepmom has more rights than I do.

Somebody was telling you lies. Don't worry about it.
