Hi people, some sweet lady told me about this april filing at Vermont, well I am another one who is waiting. I received my noa1 on 4/7/09 and my receipt # date is 4/3/09, so it has been about 3 and 3/4 of a month. I have tried to see if my petition has been touched, but with no luck, it just gives me the same date of 4/3/09. Still don't understad how other people are finding out there packet has been touched. Does anyone really know what real time frame we are looking at. I don't mind the waiting as long as I know a about date. I want to go back to China for my 5th time in 10 months but don't want to go and then leave and have to turn around and go back again, as I am going to be with her at the interview. Does anyone know if there any restrictions on me being at the interview. Any information will help.

Tom
