Dear all Members.

I am going to file I 130 for my sister and brother.My sister is single and 40 years old. My brother married and they have 2 children.Two children are 2 and 3 years old.

I have a quick question here. Can i file I 130 for my brother . I mean for all his family. (wife and 2 child??).

You file one petition only, for your brother. When his priority date comes up then his wife and children will be able to apply for visas at the same time he does, and come to the US with him.

It's currently taking about 11 years to bring a brother or sister to the US.

05/01/2013 - Removal of Conditions - APPROVED!

Hi MEKONG, how are you?!

I'm assuming that you are a US Citizen so yes, in the I-130 for your brother, you would list his wife and 2 children and pay only 1 fee ($355).

Yes, Now i am US citizen after 4 months apply ....I am going to do next step for my brother and sisters. Can I do one file for all of them(borther , sisters and nephews).
