Anyone got an idea on how long we have to wait after biometrics to receive notice of interview or not, and how long it will be before the 10 yr LPR card comes? I read the guides but I didnt see a whole lot beside 6-12 months, kind of big window and I may have to move in the meantime.

Thomas, I had to think about our removal of status. It seems to me the only thing was the application, fees and biometrics. The whole process is 3 - 4 months assuming you are doing everything on time. If you filed within the 90 day window you will only have to wait until after the biometrics for the processing. We had no interview and got the permanent (10 year) green card in the mail shortly after receiving the notice of approval.

It's a pretty good feeling having it all behind us. We will have to watch for the 10 year expiration assuming my wife and son don't choose to become citizens. I'm not pressing it and they don't seem to be in any rush. Both my wife and son are very proud to be Ukrainian citizens.

The VJ statistics page shows an average of 131 days. You can get a better idea of how long it'll take you by looking here:

Are the AOS stats going to be the same as removal of conditions?

Indeed it is going quite fast. If you check the different timetables in the ROC forum, you can see sometimes it takes as little as 3 months after filing. Which means you guys should be approved quite soon :)

I also saw where it looked like 3 weeks from biometrics to approval, that seems strange but this whole process is very strange

Duh, sorry I forgot you're lifting conditions. VJ doesn't seem to track those stats quite as well, but it does seem to be around 3-4 months.
