It is over. Especially, I filed waiver last december. By the way, I didn't get RFE and interview...

Current Status: Card production ordered.

On July 21, 2009, we ordered production of your new card. Please allow 30 days for your card to be mailed to you. If we need something from you we will contact you. If you move before you receive the card, call customer service. You can also receive automatic e-mail updates as we process your case. Just follow the link below to register.

I would like to make long story short...

Filed I-751 Last August

Re-Filed I751 with waiver Last December

NOA December 18

ASC Appointment Jan 14

Second ASC Appointment with different application number than first one Feb 6 (ASC officer mentioned The system(database) shows USCIS already receive my second fingerprint)

Infopass July 2 got stamp on my passport

Card Production Ordered July 21

What is average time to receive green card???

Congrats...I know a few people getting it as early as 4 days....

Removing Conditions:

03/09/2009 - sent package to Vermont Service Center

03/17/2009 - NOA 1

04/14/2009 - Biometrics Done

08/10/2009 - Approved

08/13/2009 - Approval letter received (Online status still Pending)

08/14/2009 - Card Production Ordered-Email
