wondering about packet 3

The embassy got our paperwork on the 14th of July. Said they would send it shortly. Can we go ahead and get it all ready like the medical and pay the fee. And do we need to wait for the packet 3 before we send it back in? Just wondering cause they are taking their sweet time.

I suggest you visit the consulate webpage and not wait for packet 3. We were dealing with ciudad juarez consulate in MX. Our immigration attorneys told us to "wait" for packet 3. The Consulate had changed policy, and no longer mailed a Packet 3.... So, the info for packet 3 was found on their website. Good Luck, it will work out !!!

I have shared the contents of our Packet #3 with many others here on VJ, PM me your email address and I will send you the entire Packet #3. (I had H scan it all in Egypt and email it to me...) They send outdated forms, and outdated info, so don't rely on the info in Packet #3... always double check for more recent versions of the forms, and fee increases, etc.

What I can share is from last spring... but if you want it I'll share...
