Still waiting. I think those 10 people who already received their NOA2 must be special such as military spouse, government offical or expedited case due to illness or something like that. I know that my case is normal so I guess it gonna be at least 5 months from NOA1.

23 days. Wow! I guess you got very lucky or maybe someone working at USCIS either VJ member or from the same country as you are or something like that.

NO, I don't know anyone! February just seemed to be a good month, especially for CSC. I am doing all the tracking for those who filed in February and the average wait between NOA1 and NOA2 was just 36 days. Shortest being 10 days.

Our shortest total time - from day I-130 sent to day visa in had was just 125.
