****HOW LONG YOU THINK TO GET THIS PACKAGE??****

****ARE THE FORMS DOWNLOADABLE, CAN HE PREPARE THESE AHEAD OF TIME?***

3. we have already paid and submitted the IV fee bill and the I-864.

****HOW LONG YOU THINK TO GET THIS PACKAGE??****

it is depend upon embassy.

****ARE THE FORMS DOWNLOADABLE, CAN HE PREPARE THESE AHEAD OF TIME?***

Yes you can.

3. we have already paid and submitted the IV fee bill and the I-864.

You have to pay nothing in embassy now

*****WILL THEY ASK FOR THESE AGAIN??****

No they will not ask.

4. ***** CAN YOU HAND DELIVER THIS CHECKLIST?

Package 3.5 you will receive from embassy.

1- Ds-230 part 1 and part 2 (remember you sign part 1 but do not sign part 2, you sign it infront of the CO).

2- Orignal copy of Marriage certificate and translated copy (if marriage certificate was was not in english ).

3-Police Certificate.

4-Medical report (no X-rays reports).

5-Death or divorce certificate of previous marriage (this options only apply to Beneficiary).

6- If I-864 is not submitted at NVC, must turn it in with Packet 3.5

7- If I-864 submitted at NVC, then the beneficiary must write a 1 page letter stating that the petitioner has submitted the I-864 at the NVC.

8- 2 pictures.

9- orignal copy of Birth Certificate and translated copy .

5. **** THEN HOW LONG TILL THEY DECIDE TO POST PACKET 4? (THIS SHOULD CONTAIN AN INTERVIEW DATE AND MEDICAL FORMS? AND THATS IT?)

again it is total depend on embassy. How long they will take to issue you Package 4

Man is a wonderful creature; he sees through the layers of fat (eyes), hears through a bone (ears) and speaks through a lump of flesh (tongue).

Psoft answered the questions very well. I just want to add one thing. The beneficiary does not need to write a letter mentioning that the I-864 was submitted at NVC in USA. The Embassy will have everything including I-864 in the file. The embassy letter to the beneficiary will also say that is the I-864 and the IV bill were submitted to the NVC, then the applicant does not need them during the interview.

I-130 Timeline with USCIS:

It took 92 days for I-130 to get approved from the filing date

NVC Process of I-130:

It took 78 days to complete the NVC process

Interview Process at The U.S. Embassy

Interview took 223 days from the I-130 filing date. Immigrant Visa was issued right after the interview
