In the spirit of Thanksgiving and the upcoming Holidays, how about giving Eric another chance? Keep him on a short leash, and if he goes postal, he's gone for good. What do you guys think?

I personally don't see why not. I have seen him grow a lot in the past year and think he would be ok.

We've done a good job the past week or so here and I bet the mods are happy about that. We could all pitch in to keep Eric in line. And again, if he screws up, he's gone for good. This will be his only chance.
