After your medical examination, do you just get a sealed envelope to take to Embassy and not know the results? Or, if something is wrong, will the Doctor tell you and you have time to correct it (if possible)?

I am confused about this!

where did you do this examination? in INDIA? if yes then i will say yes they do tell. because in my case i went to mumbai for my medical and they found something wrong (brest cancer) and then they didn't gave me package and told me to do all the test realated to brest cancer which i have to do. so i did and 3 rd day of medical examination they gave me package and still they never told me about result. but i was ok i got visa. and you know still i don't know i have soemthing like that or not. i mean to say cancer.

erm  i think you should get it checked out. It sounds serious; never ignore health maintenance.

Absolutely! You should definitely follow up on that.

If the MD doing your immigration medical finds something wrong - even if it is something that will not affect the issuance of your visa- they have a professional responsibility to tell you. It is your health and nothing should be ignored! Good luck.
