now im confused..

it says to return this notice (I-797E NOA) on top of the requested information listed on the attached sheet..

on the back side, it says, "when you reply, please include a COPY of the other side of this notice and also include any papers attaced to this notice."

on the second page, it says, "each petition'ss response to a service request must be accompanied by its blue I-797."

do i keep the ORIGINAL BLUE form (I-797E) and send a COPY of (I-797E) with the requested evidence???? or the other way around?

My interpretation:

Assemble the reply to the RFE, put the original blue form in front. THEN make 2 copies of everything to keep on hand in case you need them later.

Thanks Kristin. We were pretty down last night as we watched the ticket prices get all the way to 2400 on the dates that we wanted me to come over. But today I had a strange discovery. I was checking the V Australia airlines website, and if I fly over on the 29th of this month, and return on december the 13th, it is only going to cost $1335 for my round trip ticket! I should have the money by friday to purchase it, I'm really hoping the prices stay where they are. I was shocked, then Damo goes,"oh my god, that means ill see you in 2 and half weeks lol." I so so hope that it stays. It means that we will be together for our anniversary for the first time. And its our 3rd. Funny everything happens to me has to do with the number 3.

Hi there. Please refer to this link ( the RFE tips part) http://www.visajourney.com/wiki/index.php/...st_for_Evidence and follow the instruction. That's what I did. I received RFE 3 weeks ago ( or more?!) and responded to that right away. But so farrr, I hear NOTHING yet. So, It depends on your luck again, nothing is absolute!

Ohh nice, that's a $1000 knockdown on the tickets! I'm so happy for you, and now I will send lots and lots of good vibes to you for friday. 2 and half week huh? If so you will need to update your ticker, it's on a 1 month+ count right now I usually pay attention to what everyone's tickers says, lol. I can't wait to replace mine with one that says x amount of days until POE..! First I have an interview to pass though
