We've come a long way - it could be any day now until we hear more!

On a side note: Has anyone begun collecting the necessary bank data that needs to be submitted along with the I-134?

And if so, has anyone else's bank given them hell for needing a year's worth of deposit figures?!

I can't be bothered with getting the bank info as it doesn't show much. My tax transcripts, W2s, paystubs, property tax statement, and mortgage statement is all that I intend to give my intended. ;) If for some reason I get laid off, my mom has called and gotten her IRS tax transcripts and given them to me. If needed I will help her fill out an I134 to sign. All I need to do now is fill out the I134, create a new signed letter of intent addressed to the embassy, and mail him the W2s I had forgotten to take with me in August. I figure he can print out current paycheck stubs closer to the date if I send him PDFs.

London is not a bad embassy to deal with from what I understand. I have been reading on the UK Regional forum and the above mentioned is what I believe that particular embassy would like to see from my fiance and I, but everyone's case is different.

I'm not sure what the process is for the K1 when you use an attorney. Do they intend to mail everything to the embassy so that it is there BEFORE her interview? I think our plan is for him to carry and hand delivery anything they might need.

She will take all the information with her to the interview

But having it ready ahead of time speeds the process up at least in the Ukraine you do not have to wait for the embassy to mail the requests if you have it all ready you can call and schedule your interview right away

Lets Hope the CSC speeds its process up I see where most of these updates are from last week when they recieved thier NOA2 nothing from this week yet

I think I'll just submit the following:

2007 - tax returns

2008 - explain that I have an extension

3 months of pay stubs

3 months of bank statements

life insurance policy

property tax bills

mortgage statement

i-134

letter of intent

my problem: on the i-134 it asks you for the date you started living in the states - i don't remember the date? :( So I'm a bit confused about what to put for that...

Any thoughts?????
