July 2009 Filers

soooo.... Im feeling extra sad today! All of you dont know my story so I will tell you now... Me and my fiance Adnan met online on June 10, 2007.. We talked for 5 months and I decided it was time to meet... I flew to see him and as soon as I saw his face I knew I had made a great decision! I stayed with him in Morocco for 3 months! It was the best three months up to that time of my life!!! Well while there I became pregnant and we welcomed our daughter Fatima into the world on August 21, 2008! We decided it was hard not being together but we had to think about our daughters needs first, so all the money we got would go on her and not our papers unless we were lucky enough to get enough to do it and get her all she needed.. We never did Well when our daughter was 6 months (march 16) We got to go to Morocco and finally let him met his daughter!! We stayed for another 3 months and this time it was more amazing than last!!! When I returned I filed the petition about 3 weeks later.. Now we are just impatiently waiting for the NOA2! Its sooo hard with her here without him.. She sees him online but She has almost forgotten him and that makes me sooo upset! I hate that she has to forget her father! When he gets here i know hes going to be disappointed bc shes not going to want to go to him! Hoping our NOA2 comes soon and we pray for everyone a quick approval!!!

I was under the impression that csc was moving faster than vsc??

That is amazing about that one couple that got their approval in less than 80 days?? Wow!!!!!

Hello everyone

How did you guys enjoy your weekend? Are you all as happy as I am that a new week has started/starting!?

So I spent most of today fixing the official computer room for my fiance. Normally I use my laptop on my bed or phone ...but I figure he will be using the computer quite a bit to talk to his family and to look things up online so I bought him a desk and set up a computer and it all made me so happy. Got me excited about the future and preparing kept me busy. Next up? Preparing his half of the bathroom (I'm sure he needs a drawer) and then clearing some closet space for him!!!

Have you all started preparing things like that yet???

Then I looked up the timeline for vsc - looks like they had 2 july filers approved! I'm really hopeful that this week we will have a july filer too from csc! Yay!

I can understand why you're excited about preparing stuff for him to come - staying busy is a good way to keep your mind occupied too! I've not made any such preparation myself, seeing how I'm not the petitioner. However, there's a bunch of things I do need to do before I can leave. Right now I'm working on getting my police records and looking into what vaccinations I will need. Going to have them done as soon as I can, but it's kinda a pain to get through on the phone to immigration doctors here. I've to call them, leave a message and then wait for them to call me back..

wait, wait, wait.. it's all we ever do

Anyway, a new day - and a new week! I am so excited to see what'll happen now, especially after the two VSC approvals. Have a wonderful day, guys. One day less until we get to see our sweeties!

Welcome to the CSC July 09 thread! I hope your journey will be a nice and quick one!

I'm just hoping we'll see some approvals soon, I feel very optimistic about this right now. I see people here in the thread generally seem to be in good spirits too, so let's do lots of positive thinking for our NOA2s! September is coming to an end, hopefully our waiting time is about to do the same

Ok so I know we started with the positive approach ...but I was just doing some reading in the july filers for vsc forum and apparently 3 july filers had some kind of update ...I think they got their noa2 - well I know two of them did and I'm not sure if the 3rd one got an noa2 or an rfe.

And our group....nothing! Nothing as to july filers at least. What happened? Are all csc employees at the beach????

I'm just cranky. I'm sorry. I know we were going to be positive ...but this is so frustrating.

I tried calling today (for what I don't know) cause I didn't get anymore.

Then I am happy about honeybunch and his/her half getting the noa2 but I'm so ready for a new name at the top of igors list.

I just hate that every day passes and we are so far from each other...

And I can't even expect him before thanksgiving for a turkey feast ...now I'm hoping for new years together and I wish I could go visit him but I can't.

And maybe we will all get something soon ...but really progress seems to be to slow for me in the past 2 weeks...but it is just my feeling.

Ugh.
