Kristin,

We have a 10 hour difference ... So now it is 1.19pm his time ... It is past 3am my time and I'm wide awake... Actually just woke up....the hour difference is a major pain bc I feel like I base my day thinking about what he is doing and what time it is and every time I look at my watch I calculate his time too and I will not miss that either.

I told my fiance the same thing ....it would not be so hard if we actually knew the exact day this would all end. The guesstimating and the unknown stress me out.

He is convinced we have a minimum of another 2 months and I don't know if I can handle another 2 months...haven't seen him since june 25th 2009 ... Miss him so much.

And what am I doing on VJ at this hour??? I don't know ....this forum calms me down ...it was really a hard week and I'm so emotionally/mentally tired.

Anyway - hopefully we are all getting close to some good news. Everything will be ok.

Hope Ýou have a good "afternoon" ;)

Oh and another thing... I am friggen SICK of being awake when America is asleep! The time zone thing is driving me mad, I go to bed when he wakes up and vica versa. I want to be awake when the office hours is happening in the US. It's crazy to hear people tell me good morning or afternoon when I'm about to wind down and go to bed for the day. GAHH - that's one thing I won't miss about this whole seperation thing. Wade and I got a 9 hour difference, how about everyone else?

Yes.. and I still feel like this: :girlwerewolf2xn:

That's so sweet of you, you made me smile so thank you! Can't say I've been doing a whole lot of it since Wade left, but I've decided to try and cheer up some. We have so much to look forward to, the awful visa process is just a temporary set back, right?!

I always calculate his hours too! It drives me nuts sometimes but I can't help it. Wade and I both have a somewhat unhealthy sleep pattern due to the fact we're trying to have a lot of contact even with the whacky time difference. You two got an hour more to struggle with compared to us.. almost half a day! At least it's weekend so you can try to relax and get a bit more sleep, and let's hope CSC will do a massive amount of approvals next week! We're so close, so just hang in there. I know another two months seem like an eternity, but after this you never have to be apart again! At least we have each other, I swear VJ is part the reason I still got my sanity.

Sleep tight and I'll talk to you 'tomorrow' ..even though your tomorrow already is my today

We have 12:30 hr difference. Normally our talking hours everyday are 8:00 A.M to 11:00 A.M, 5:00 P.M to 6:30 P.M and 10:00 P.M to 10:30 P.M

Our case is also in intial review.

Atleast some hope

...So I'm sitting at starbucks right now waiting for my drink ... Then I couldn't help but imagine and dream about the little things in life ...I.e. Hoping soon I can make my weekend trip to starbucks with my fiance ...and then go to the beach and look out to the water and laugh as we both realize how ironic it is that love has no limits ...and no borders.

I had to chuckle....realizing that I just had to fall in love with someone so far away but I wouldn't change anything!

Smiling

Good day (afternoon/night) everyone!

Hello everyone!!!!! How is the weekend so far?

I feel so happy today because I finished some academic projects, AND I took my 7 year old to the state fair.

The 4-H kids never cease to amaze me. It seemed a lot less busy this year and not as many vendor showed up... the economy really is strange lately!! I would have gotten out of there with only spending a few bucks, but I lost $16 out of my pocket. Maybe someone else there really needed a gift from the ??? ;)

Staying busy has felt really good. I didn't get a chance to complain about the process at all today. Yay!!! Maybe I will get married Valentine's Day weekend instead of New Years Day weekend. At least neither one of us would have to worry about forgetting an anniversary!

Jewel-

You are too funny!

Nice to hear that you had such a lovely day. I tried to keep myself busy too. Had lunch with a coworker....and ran some errands.

I still checked igors list way too many times hoping for some saturday updates.

I'm beyond complaining...I'm just officially out of patience.

Last week was torture but now I keep trýing to convince myself that - at least it is the end of the month!!!! How nice will it be once we hit october 1 :)

Maybe we will have a july filer surprise this last week of september! Didn't they have a june filer get approved in the last week of august??

Well have a great morning!

Hello everyone,

it's finally sunday and only one day left before monday is upon us with new chances of approvals, YAY! I've also been in touch with people who recently have been at the norwegian embassy for interviews. They BOTH had their interviews in less than a month after NOA2! It just sound so incredible good, and I hope this is the case for me too - which could mean I might get an interview mid-end november if the VJ calculation is correct. I also got some very nice advice regarding the embassy here, as well as a list over the vaccinations required.. and I can tell you guys I certainly don't have them all! Just one of the shots I need cost 200 dollars alone.. I also need a bunch of other vaccinations as well as paying for the x-ray and blood testing fees.. I'm sensing I've to pay a pretty penny for everything before I even get around to pay for the medical itself! How about you guys, do you know how much the medical stuff will cost you/your fiance(e) in the countries you're dealing with?

So my head's been filled with all this new information and what it might mean IF the timeline is true (L)

Other than that, I'm having a friend over soon to keep my head occupied from other things than immigration, LOL! Have a wonderful sunday - we're one day closer!

Kristin

soooo.... Im feeling extra sad today! All of you dont know my story so I will tell you now... Me and my fiance Adnan met online on June 10, 2007.. We talked for 5 months and I decided it was time to meet... I flew to see him and as soon as I saw his face I knew I had made a great decision! I stayed with him in Morocco for 3 months! It was the best three months up to that time of my life!!! Well while there I became pregnant and we welcomed our daughter Fatima into the world on August 21, 2008! We decided it was hard not being together but we had to think about our daughters needs first, so all the money we got would go on her and not our papers unless we were lucky enough to get enough to do it and get her all she needed.. We never did  Well when our daughter was 6 months (march 16) We got to go to Morocco and finally let him met his daughter!! We stayed for another 3 months and this time it was more amazing than last!!! When I returned I filed the petition about 3 weeks later.. Now we are just impatiently waiting for the NOA2! Its sooo hard with her here without him.. She sees him online but She has almost forgotten him and that makes me sooo upset! I hate that she has to forget her father! :crying: When he gets here i know hes going to be disappointed bc shes not going to want to go to him! Hoping our NOA2 comes soon and we pray for everyone a quick approval!!!

Oh you poor thing! I know how you feel, I have a boy with my Wade and they are also separated. When he was real young, like your daughter, I was so worried that our son might not bond proper with his dad due to this, and that he wouldn't be able to relate to him the way he should. We did use web cams plus Wade's been here with him, he just returned to the US (I live in Norway) and our son will not get to see his dad until I have my visa :( However, I can reassure you from personal experience, your daughter will not truly forget her father and they will catch up real, real quick. I promise! They are so young, and children adapt so very easily. It won't take long before the three of you fall into a harmony as if you were never apart. Just hang in there, and keep thinking positive thoughts. I know the separation is hard, at times it feels as if it's killing me, but you're almost there! After you guys get the visa, you won't have to be apart ever again. So try to keep your chin up, and lets all hope we start seeing some CSC approvals real, real soon! I'm sure daughter will be just fine, even though it's extremely hard. My (L) is with you guys

Kristin
