Hola!

Hi,

Someone here can help me! I am so desperate!!!!!

My story:

I got married on december 08 (Panama)

I got my k3 visa on april 09

I got in US on may 09

I sent my papers (AOS and EAD) on 19th of June

No notifications for a month

Today I call USCIS, (I do it before but they couldn't help me until my papers had 30 days filed...........I hate them)

The post office send those mails back to USCIS because the NOAS were send with my single last name

and in my house, the mail box has my married name. (Aaaaaaaaaaaaaaa... I hate them too!!)

I want to die!!!!!!

Now they are going to send me the NOA and biometrics appointment again.

So everybody gets biometrics apointment one month after they get the NOA.

My question is:

Can I show up where the fingerprints are done, before my appointment?
