I had my DS3032 generated and sent back already, but no word on the AOS fee yet? Is this strange?

DS3032 and AOS fee bill are generatad together. This is either stated on the AVR systerm or if you recived email for the DS-3032, then it would have inlcuded AOS fee bill as well . THe IIN , stands for Invoice Indetity number, is included in the AOS fee bill. Look for the email and search for that number and word AOS. Then go to this link https://ceac.state.gov/CTRAC/Invoice/signon.aspx

and then select pettioner , then enter NVC case number, and the IIN. that will show you your AOS fee bill and make a payment with you Banks Routing and account number. It can only be checking or saving. No credit cards.

If you do not have IIN, you must wait for the mail. They wont give it to you on the phone. I tried that, and they wont buzz no matter which way I plead. So I waited for the mail to get to me. and lost about 4 days, whereas LGG was quick enough to provide email and she had everything sent in email . hello!!was I sleeping? No, I was waiting,,,,,,,,,, for them to say something. LOL

I've reread my email and the attachment from NVC 6 times now - there isn't an AOS bill. Only the DS3032 and instructions. I want the AOS bill because I have to pay via money order.

Okay, I called NVC because this was weirding me out. The CSR I spoke to, Dot, said that it should have generated but did not for some reason. She is going to bring it to the attention of a supervisor and fix the issue. If I don't have one in my email by Friday, I'll call again.

when did you have your DS3032 emailed to you? it should be coming to you in mail now and you will have to use the alternate method of payment, meaning mailing the AOS fee bill to Missouri, with the money order. it was mailed to me on 21 adn arrived on 24. I live in VA. so i think you should get the AOS fee bill in mail this week. What does the AVR say for you. I would call NVC right now and ask why AOS is not included. they are open till midnight. And it will be easier to get to an operator now.

Just posted an update above. I called AVR today and it still just says that our case number was assigned and inputted on such and such a date.

One more thing, the IIN is what you need and it will be on the last page of the attachment. Did you check that page thoroughly? just to double make sure.

I'm still waiting too, August 3 NVC received. So your not alone. I think we should just wait for the message to change and then email in DS form. I'm checking it daily.

I want to ask you, Have you called and spoken to an operator and given your email addresses. If not do that now, It may be late but just do it. and it may not be late.

I tell you my expereince, My nvc case number was assinged on 16 july which was a thursday. I waited fridday and saturday and called, the message on AVR did not change. Then i waited further on Monday. Not hearing anything progressing, i called on tuesday, which was 21 july, and spoke to a nice lady. She said ds-3032 is the only form that can be emailed back and she said after i gave them the emails , they will be emailing me ds-3032 and AOS fee bill. I waited till Thursday (July 23) hoping to get those forms in email, but Nada, Nothing, Zip, Zero.

So I called that very Thursday and I narrated my talk with another operator on prior Tuesday. Guess what she said to me, " well, looks like you gave your emails to us after we already had mailed your DS-3032. So nothing we can do now but wait for them forms on your Mail,box." so I waited. and they showed up in my mail on Friday, july 24. I could have gotten them forms in my email , had I called on Friday, July 17, a day after heaing NVC assinged case numbers.

Now with my experience, i have been telling and posting here on VJ, that as soon as you hear" NVC has assinged such and such case..." call them, give them the email addresses. If not then wait for them to come in your mail.

But remember, The NVC AVR message for me did not change to " DS-3032 form and AOS fee bill has been generated," until I spoke to the NVC operator and gave the email address , as above.

Now I think you should call, as soon as you get a moment.

yeah thank u for the advice. i called and when i got the number i immediately gave them our emails. now it has been a few days and i am just checking my email alot. i did call today and it was the same as the day it was assigned a number. i'm still waiting for my wife's mail from india with the forms she filled out (ds 3032 and ds 230). i'm thinking i'll probably just send the ds 3032 by email if her mail doesnt reach me on time. then i'll send it by regular mail. may Allah make it fast and easy for me and her. amen.

yeah it seems like NVC is taking alot longer now. i thought this is gonna be so fast, but now i'm still waiting and waiting. u have to have alot of patience for being idle like this.
