hey guys i got one news for us.. Hubby called uscis and asked if our case has been forwarded to NVC yet or not.. They said its still at USCIS. Person said they don't have enough approvals to send it in bunch so they were waiting.. he said may be this week or next week they will forward.. i think its better for everyone to call uscis and harass them now so they can forward our cases to NVC.. :)

REALLY? That's such a lame excuse! I wonder if that includes mine?

Probably mine too. I wonder how many they need before they send it. Soon, I hope. Next Tuesday will be 2 weeks since CSC approval.

Im so excited that they want either 1040 or the tax transcripts. I would have been screwed otherwise. Well, horribly delayed.

Ha, that's so lame, I bet they're trained to feign ignorance -- they're probably not allowed to be compassionate, you know?

But that was pretty funny, Paris.

And you'll be approved soon too, they have all their stuff and you don't even have to ride through another RFE wave which is good. Looking forward to hearing good news from you and all the rest of you. sdw, bunzarelli and toute la monde!

Best,

LGG

I'm wondering about the IIN too. Mainly because my husbands is overseas and that's the only way he can pay it. Well, if it is hard, it's still possible. We just have to be consistent and bug them. :D

Hey Mohan...

They generate the DS3032 and the AOS fee bill at the same time. They sent us an email with both and the Invoice ID number is on the bottom of the PDF of the AOS feel bill. The 70$ bill. My husband paid it and I meailed teh DS2330.

WHen you call, speak to an operator and ensure that they have your and your spouses email addresses on file. So far so good with this despite we're still waiting for the Choice of agent to be accepted and for t hem to generate the IV bill.

We then Paid the AOS bill online, which they invite you to do in the email that they send you.

Good luck!

LGG

Hey Ber...

the IIN number is on teh bottom of the AOS fee bill that they'll generate for you.

I actually called and asked for it, they wouldn't give it to me and then just as I was asking, I scrolled down and saw it on the PDF! :(

My husband then paid it online. It was easy. .
