You can certainly call. But if it is not in their system they will tell you so. That is what happened to me. LOL

But keep calling the AVR, and one day you will notice the mesaage says, " This case has been assgned bla blah blah number...". I wanted to speak to an operator just to feel how they are compared to USCIS. and i was amazed at their professional coduct. Also that wiped my reservation as well.

Now Question time,

As you all know i called yesterday and provided email addresses for both me and my spouse. There have been few who have flown trhough NVC in 15 days. I am all prepared with docs and everything. Question would be, Can i email my DS-3032 now, or do i have to wait until i received the packet from them. I know the operator yesterday tole me " this is the only form that can be emailed in this process. "

I like to email the DS-3032 forms today , if i get any affirmation.

Folks, update here,

Called NVC again and the AVR system message is changed. Now it says,

" Ds-3032 , choice of agent and address has been sent to the beneficiary on July 21st. on the same date, A copy of the DX-3032 and AOS fee bill has been sent to the petitioner. please fill and return the ds-3032 forms to NVC per the instructions. AOS fee bill must be paid to st. luis office before any further processing. blah blah blah...."

Can I email them the completed forms now? or should i wait to recievethe package ? any help appreciated. Thanks

hey Mohan i have read somewhere that u shouldn't be late sending ds-3032.. someone said better to send it in email quick and download it from VJ. hopefully someone will show u rite way.. good luck

hey guys i got one news for us.. Hubby called uscis and asked if our case has been forwarded to NVC yet or not.. They said its still at USCIS. Person said they don't have enough approvals to send it in bunch so they were waiting.. he said may be this week or next week they will forward.. i think its better for everyone to call uscis and harass them now so they can forward our cases to NVC..
