i called today and they said the AOS fee bill is recieved. so does it mean they already got the money? what should i do now?

Your bank will not clear the payment until Monday night. However, the payment will be paid as it says on the site or AVR. In that case what you do is go to the Payment website and login. There, now, you should see the links for Printing the cover sheet, Emailing the cover sheet. Printing the Reciept and emailing the reciept. In addition , there will be a link for Instuctions to AOS.

GO ahead and print the AOS cover sheet , and reciept for your records. That cover sheet will be barcoded. Now surf throug the AOS instructions list. Read each of those AOS forms listed. and check which one you qualify for. I am thinking since it is only your wife, and you are submitting AOS based on your sole income, you should qualify for I-864EZ -that became effective sometime in 2006.

So, with the AOS form filled out and having your AOS fee cover sheet printed, now get the Transcript for your tax retrun of 2008 that you filed on or before April 15 of this year from the IRS. and get a letter from your employer that states your name, your position, dates of your tenure,and salary. I say trasncript because with transcript , no other documents required per NVC. Or if yo do a copy of your tax returns, you will have to submit copy of w-2, 1099s and all that.

Put the AOS cover sheet on top of all the documents. Write the case number on each page's upper right hand corner and staple them together. Then mail it in.

when doing AOS, please double check everything or . If anything does not apply to you in the form, write N/A. ANd my suggestion, fill the AOS in Caps. My suggestion, Take your time. dont rush. Rushing now may seem saving time, but RFE will take twice the same, hence the loss.

they didnt send me any further instructions for the AOS so i'm thinking i need to keep checking my email and the phone number. i have all the stuff prepared already though. thank God. hopefully they'll have it updated by monday or wednesday at the latest.

which means you enter your nvc number and iin number . that will take you to AOS fee bill page. At the bottom you should see those links to print the cover sheet, after the status changed to Paid.

it now shows paid online. i am preparing all the documents for the I 864 now. is there anything i have to wait for from them? it seems like i just need to get all the forms and mail it now, is that correct? i don't need to wait for them to instruct me to send it do I? also what about the ds 3032 when will i know they recieved it? thanks.

do we have to get a letter from company saying we work there? My company does the everify thing where you call in and verify employement.

just sent all my I864 package by overnight mail. it should be there at noon tomorrow according to the postal worker. how long will it take to generate the IV fee bill? hoping for no RFE's.

i mailed the ds 3032 by postal mail today. so now they will have the email and the hard copy tomorrow at noon. inshaAllah. how long does it usually take to get ds 3032 accepted? still no email in connection to it and no new phone message yet either.

sent IV fee of 400$ today. it showed not paid so i paid it now. i was worried that i made a mistake but mohan told me that is correct. only the ds 230 and the interview remain. all praise belongs to God. i hope everyone will have a easy process. and i make my prayers to God alone that we dont get any RFE's. amen.

IV fee bill is showing paid status now. i was using the template for the cover letter on james shortcuts. it is all from the point of view of the beneficiary. does she have to sign it? thanks.
