So how much faster is the K-3 as compared to the CR-1? I believe the K-3 does not have a vaccine requirement but AOS does. o_o!

Well apparently, it SHOULD be there in a month, and if not we have to send them a copy of the approval letter, so the NOA2 and they do inquiry after 90 days. It's kind of disgusting if you ask me. :P

My mother and law is going to call USCIS today and find out ####### is going on with it. Or rather, to see if it's been forwarded to NVC yet. I hope she gets a straight answer...

K3's only spend a day or two at the NVC. Enough time to get a NVC number then they send to the embassy. But medical is all the same, shots, etc. I believe.

Truly happy!!!

New life, new adventures, and a new attitude.

So, what does this mean, Paris? If it doesn't stay to be processed at the NVC, where does stuff get processed? Do you do an AOS once your husband lands in the US and such?

So it sounds like you save lots of time, about a month, right?

Is he interviewing in France or Algeria? What are the interview wait times like?

Whoa I know, a ton of questions!

Just curious as a cat though...

Hope it all goes well -- this way you guys'll be together faster than all of us!

:D

Simps,

congrats, now if you want you can start rolling everything.

you do not have to wait for the ds3032 from your wife. there is a email format of ds3032 in the wiki section. Copy and paste, and send that from your wifes email. that is ds3032. In the mean time, send the email you got to your wife also, so that she can print and fill it up and mail to you. that way once you recieve it, you can mail it in to NVC , the original from you wife. some people satisy only with email version and some are required the original. Best to do both.

now the second part, you must have gotten your IIN now. SO login to the website and make the payment of 70 dollars from your checking account. That way paying online is faster. The alternate way is you can mail the payment also, but I do not reccomend.

Once the payment is processed, then you will be allowed to print the cover page that you will send with you AOS information.

Keep updating and if need help let us know.

Only sponsoring spouse is much easier than with children. :)
