Hello Everyone! I just got my NOA2 hardcopy in the mail on Friday, but it was just a small one page letter. I thought I was supposed to receive a large package with instructions?? I have already gathered all supporting documents for the I-134 and completed the form. Should I go ahead and send this information to her or wait for further instructions? Thanks for all your help!! :) :)

Instructions come from the embassy - not USCIS.

(you will get a letter from NVC stating they are sending your package to the embassy once they finish processing it).

You should look at your embassy website for more information (they may have everything online).

My Advice is usually based on "Worst Case Scenario" and what is written in the rules/laws/instructions. That is the way I roll... -Protect your Status - file before your I-94 expires.

WARNING: Phrases in this post may sound meaner than they were intended to be. Read the Adjudicator's Field Manual from USCIS

Yes, you get the approval letter - your fiancee will get the package of information sent to her from the US Consulate in Bulgaria. You should make sure she has a copy of the NOA2, though. Hang on to the original and put it somewhere safe - you will need it for the next stage of the immigration process (AOS) after she arrives in the US.

“...Isn't it splendid to think of all the things there are to find out about? It just makes me feel glad to be alive--it's such an interesting world. It wouldn't be half so interesting if we knew all about everything, would it? There'd be no scope for imagination then, would there?”

Take a look in the embassy section and see what your specific consulate requires from you. The I-134 is optional at my consulate at this stage. She will receive a package with more information, the one thing she will need for sure is the NOA2.

Congratulations on your NOA2  The hard part is over!

Your question indicates you've failed to retain enough from your study of the K1 guide. I suggest you read it again carefully to avoid further misunderstandings.

Congrats, but YES, you need to review all of the instructions etc. so you don't overlook anything once she gets her packet from the consulate in Bulgaria. It never hurts to be present for the visa interview as well.
