So, its down to the last few days. Just have a few questions.

We filed a CR-1 and CR-2, so we have paid for the the I-130, AOS and Visa Application are there any more fees, before or after the interview?

What type of questions do they ask children?

Do they ask any questions about parents (the immigrants)?

~9/26/08 - NOA 2 received

~10-01-08 - NVC processed petition

~10-15-08 - Packet 3 dropped off at embassy

~11-21-08 - Interview!

~11-21-2008- VISA APPROVED!!!

~12-9-08 - arrived-POE JFK

There will be a DHL VISA delivery Fee of 850.00 JA$ once you are approved that should be the only fee you incur. Are you planning on bringing children to the interview, did someone file for the spouses children? How old are the children, that would dictate if the officer asks questions to the child or not.

Most likely they won't ask the child anything at that age. At the most, they may ask how is your step-mom or step-siblings or are you excited about going to the US...simple things like that.

Ok, one last question. Are you suppose to bring 2 or 4 passport size photos to the interview for an CR-1 visa?
