This is not a left/right issue so please don't get into a pissing contest over this. From what I heard the soldier "wandered off" his post. I don't believe that he was classified as AWOL or a Deserter. Even if he was he is still an American in harms way. That's all that matters here.

Its not "My" network, I just don't understand why people feel they have to defend cynical media organisations out of some misplaced sense of factional loyalty.

If someone criticises Fox, then automatically the question gets asked as to why they aren't criticising a "left-wing" network, as though the absence of criticism of CNN in a thread about content on Fox is somehow meaningful or telling.
