Had a miserable time getting up this morning, wanted to go to class at the masjid, didn't make it. We did go however to the rummage sale. Nobody there was my size! :( Bought an outfit that was just a tad to tight. And when I was in San Deigo, SIL gave me an outfit that I wore once. She told me I could wash it in machine. The darn thing shrunk! :( I just can't win!

Morning another no sleep day, I am all up tight about graduation going to Kuwait. Also my husband and I have a rule, I come with half my suitcase packed, cause I bring home stuff we want from Kuwait. Great plan yes, well great plan but I NEVER COME WITH HALF MY SUITCASE PACKED. I come with my suitcase packed to the brim not knowing what I will wear and how I will feel so this means I must take many outfits. My husband travels more than myself and this man can pack, so one look at the suitcase, and he is honey you need to learn to pack light. I can't pack light, I just don't have that talent. I am going to try again this time to pack light, since I always come home with too much stuff, but I already and thinking I will over pack again, shoes are the pain to pack. If it was my husband packing he would be all organized and pack light while having enough.

I am facing the same dilemma, i leave on the 28th... but i'll be there for six weeks, and my wardrobe is such that to be properly covered, i have to layer. layering leads to having to pack MORE clothes. I'm trying to keep it down to one ginormous suitcase, this time. the last time i went i packed waaaay too much, and i was only there for two weeks. i didn't anticipate the amount of home-time we would be spending, and that i wouldn't really be wearing "outside" clothes much. this time i figure it's so hot i will just go naked :P

I spend a lotttt of time in my jammies here in Saudi. Heck i never get dressed in jeans or something unless we are going outside---which is only about once a week or so. I brought a lot of stuff with me, but basically household things. This time when i go back to NY ill be taking a very small amount of things for Josh and I...and some gifts for friends and family....so that way i have lots of room because i always do tons of shopping when im in ny.
