I don't see where this form is asking for any bank statements. Included in package per the instruction sheet are:

AOS Document Cover Sheet

I-864 EZ form

Copy of W2's

Copy of 2008 Fed. tax return

Tax transcripts for last 3 years

Letter from Employer

Last 6 months of pay stubs

Is this good enough? Thanks!

Bank statements aren't needed as you are qualifying using only earned income. You've got evidence of current income with pay stubs and employer letter.

EZ is used if your not using assets. Bank statements are "assets".

Either you send in just the W-2/1040 for 2008, or the tax transcripts. You don't have to send both.

Letter from the employer and the paystubs are not needed (in fact, unless they are specifically asked for, you do not have to submit additional evidence, just your transcripts or your 1040/w-2 (of course you still could, if you think it will help your case)

So this:

I-864 EZ form

Copy of W2's

Copy of 2008 Fed. tax return

Is good enough (as long as you make more than enough to meet the poverty level)

My Advice is usually based on "Worst Case Scenario" and what is written in the rules/laws/instructions. That is the way I roll... -Protect your Status - file before your I-94 expires.

Our time line for CR1 visa took only 5 months and 1 week or 156 days; from the filing the I-130 on the 03-12-2009 to Approval of NOA2 on the 05/13/2009, then Interview on the 08/18/2009 at Manila, Philippines. We had a daughter on the 11-12-2010 named AISHA JOY means HAPPY LIFE.a1_opt-1.jpga2_opt-1.jpga3_opt-1.jpg
