I didn't review the guides or our files, but I have one comment about the I-94 photocopy. Vika's did not show the stamp and A# on it, so we also copied the passport page beneath, so the A# checked with the number on the forms.

Good Luck!!

Hey guys,

Does any form on this AOS package need to be notarized?

Nothing has to be notarized. The Affidavits of Support used to have a place for a notary to sign, but the forms were changed and the notary area was removed.
