dear friends

need very urgent help

we got NOIR letter . just in 6 months

i was not expecting so soon.

dont know wt to do.

dont have new proofs of relation.

uscis only gave 15 days for reply.

i only have phone call detais which we call each other every day.

pleaseeeeeeeee help

What are the grounds for the NOIR? Lack of proof of relationship?

If you go to the middle east and north africa regional group(MENA), u'll find a wealth of information on how to respond to the NOIR. No information is too small and this is when you will need notarised letters from as much family members as possible to attest to the existence of your relationship. My case was returned but reaffirmed without the USCIS asking for the NOIR, but that group was of immense help whilst we were waiting to hear from them.

Can you tell me when your case was returned to USCIS from the Embassy I am trying to figure out how much longer before I hear something it is hard just waiting and now there is no one to even contact
