I have not gotten mine yet..I am probably few days after you..Will they work based on when they received the RFE or based on our original dates??

dont think there is any order to how they give out the NOA2s just like there was no particular order on who received the RFE's first as well..

hey y'all! i got 3 touches in 4 days and then today an "official" email from USCIS:

On July 7, 2006, we received your response to our request for evidence or information. However because preliminary processing was complete, the remaining processing time will be less than the maximum stated in this message. You will receive a written decision on this case. You can use our processing dates to estimate when this case will be done. Follow the the link below for current processing dates.

I'm not sure if this constitutes a NOA2, but I will see what happens when I get the snail mail notice. Sounds good to me so far.... woooohoooo

very exciting! I hope things are moving along.... guess I better get my stuff in order (taxes from last 3 yrs, I134, originals of docs to send to sweetie for interview, etc!) I hope everyone else is moving along as well

It is great to see some of the petitions from the end of jan getting approved finally. But what concerns me is how many are left from February yet to go. Those of us from Mar are still waiting also. Going to be awhile yet for some of us I think

Hey, folks, who are waiting... don't worry, after RFEs they gonna approve everyone within 10 days. It seems like that according to the experience of others recently... We got our Second NOA2 on 26th of June and now wait for reply from NVC. Good luck for everyone! Stay strong and positive!
