Hello to visajourney members,

I was looking on the USCIS page at the form G-325A and i saw that they update it and expires at 06/30/20011 ...now this form has just 2 pages and one of them is instructions.

my question is: we still must put 4 pages for each in the I-129F packet and to sent to USCIS or it just ok to complete 1 page for each like it shows in the updatet form?

i saw also that in the K1 Guides it says that complete 4 pages and in USCIS page say that this form contain 4 pages!!!

i hope that you can help me , because i'm so confused

i wish you all the best

I just realized the same thing. But on the Biographic information on this new G-325A form,it still shows the number of pages as 4. To be on the safe side, Im going to use the pervious edition because it's accepted as well.

Goodluck!

thank you for answer...i was thinking to do the same to use the previous edition...but if they update the new version we shouldn't need to use the new version?...i don't want to recieve a RFE or to be denial just because of this!!!

i was thinking also that maybe we should complete the new version in 4 exemplairs for each..but i'm not sure about this either

the thing what make me to be so confused is that the new G-325A version have 2 pages and in the USCIS page said that the number of pages is 4!!!!

thank you in advance for your answer and trying to help me

have a beautifull day

Go ahead and use the new form. Just do it 4 times. Then no worries either way.

I find it funny that they say it was updated on 6/12. This is not true. I had a minor panic attack on 7/1, when I realized the forms my SO sent me said they expired on 5/31/09. I went to the site and it had not been updated yet.

Yes....you still have to send all 4 copies. Don't be fooled by that. If you look carefully each page says where that copy goes to. I almost did that mistake I admit. hehehe.

PEACE and welcome to the journey.

When was this form updated? My fiance and I were waiting for the new version before we mailed the packet. Will they accept the old form as of July 6, 2009 receipt date? Or is it likely that we will be receiving RFE for it?

I called the USCIS and the operator didn't know why the new form was replaced by the old one, but did say there was/is some maintenance happening with the website. She said i can still use the new form. So i guess i'm cool. Geez, i barely started the process and I'm already freaking out.
