Must bring:

1. all documention establishing your eligibility for lawful permanent resident status.

Such proofs would include your K3 NOA2 letter of approval, your I-94, and passport with K3 visa.

2. Original and copy of eash supporting document that you submitted with your application. (Which application? the orginal k-3 or the aos application? and what exactly are they talking about?)

Since you are applying for the AOS, the USCIS is wanting supporting documents for the AOS application. It may not hurt to bring some documents from the K3 petition process, but the NOA2 is the only document we needed.

Hi, I had confusion of that too, our interview will be on July 21, our documents are ready but that application makes me confuse, my understanding was maybe they`re talking about the original application of AOS, I only have the photocopies of the original application we submitted for our AOS.

Can somebody clarify us for this matter, thank you !

If you submitted originals with your AOS application, they won't ask for the originals again, but will keep them.

If you submitted copies, bring the originals, which they may want to see, but won't keep.

It's that easy.

And we did bring our K-1 application package too, just in case.

I am going to bring one just in case.

Take originals and xerox copies of your AOS supporting documentation. You may not need them but the point is if you do you will have them instead of being stumped.. Good luck
