I went to check my case status, and lo and behold...I saw that there had been an update. THANK FOOK FOR THAT!!! I could see everyone else with the same time line as me getting their RFE's except for me. There is a God afterall...lol..Perhaps now things will start moving along for the K-1 and K-3 visa apps.

Current Status:

On July 6, 2006, we mailed a notice requesting additional evidence or information in this case. The notice explains in detail what additional material is needed. If you have questions about the notice, what is required, or if 30 days have passed and you have not received the notice. Please contact the service center where you submitted your application during business hours.

Yeah..it sure is better than nothing. I have the same timeline with a few others on here in regards to the I-130 and they have been "touched" but yet I haven't. Some have been touched quite a few times. I know that being touched isn't a big deal per say..but still...A GIRL LIKES TO BE TOUCHED !!!!!

According to my online status, I've not been "touched" since the NOA2 on my I-130, but if I call the helpline automated system, it tells me when papers have been generated. What's up with that.... I just want the paper to keep moving! :)
