Ohmygosh, you guys are so awesome! Thank you for all the b'day wishes. :luv:

So.... the bio facial. Basically, it was a light acid peel and then some sort of stuff worked into the skin which freezes the muscles (I'm pretty sure she said "freezes" but I could be wrong). Anyway, there was a definite difference. My face isn't paralyzed or anything  but the fine lines around the eyes are gone and my lips are all plumped up. (She laid some sort of gauze soaked thing on top for a while.) It also came with a foot and shoulder massage, which was awesome. And then I had a bit of a natter with the people who worked there and one of the other clients. I felt like I was hanging out with my friends at a social event! I got caught up on all the gossip of the town and everything! It was so much fun.

Oh! The surprise was flowers! He had to go out for them because 1) he takes them one of my vases because I already have a zillion of them and I don't need a zilliion and one. And, 2) the last time that florist delivered me flowers at Valentines they stunk to high heaven of smoke. The delivery guy just reeked of it. Unfortunately, they are the only florist in town but, personally, I would just buy flowers at the local Albertsons because they stock some really lovely ones for a very good price. But it's the thought that counts so I wasn't about to complain.

Then he took me to my favourite restaurant in Orlando..... Sushi Katana. And then we came back to our town and had gellati. It was a really lovely day, really.
