Hello guyz .... Hope everything is okay together with your partner in life

I would like to ask some help and more info. with all of you guyz in relation to my mothers full name

the scenario goes this waY:

in my birth certificate my mother's full name is MAGDALENA ANSALE CUIZON

but when my mother got her birthcertificate her full name is MAGDALINA N.ANSALI

and same also with their marriage certificate...name MAGDALINA ANSALI CUIZON

inquerries:

1. i am using my mothers middle name ANSALE as written in my b-certificate

i been using this in my school credentials and in my passport and all the ID's i have

problem:

a. Is this not an issue guyz in applying for a fiancee visa?

b.In DS-I57 question # 7.Do i need to follow what is written in my b-certificate as MAGDALENA ANSALE CUIZON?

or i will used my mothers name in her b-certificate?

c. all of the forms that needs my mother's maiden name... do i need to follow the name of my mother in my b-cetificate?

PLEASE HELP ME GUYZ I AM reallly very confuse about this...

Your NSO Certified and Authenticated Birth Certificate is the document that proves your maternal origin. Hence, you should only use that which is in your birth certificate. Your mother's papers (marriage and birth) are of no material proof in your interview and paper submissions to the US Consulate in Manila. You have nothing to be anxious of.
