As far as divorce documents do you need to bring in original to interview? If you have already submitted your originals to CSC processing center?

hi, i have heard that for divorce documents they want see original ones.if you sent the originals with the AOS package then it is fine and u dont need more because they have them. if you are talking about ur 129F package then i think you need to submitt new original divorce decree or certified copies.i hope other experienced memebers can shed more light on ur question. Good luck.

Thanks for the response and good luck to you. I sent the originals already with the I-129F package. I was just wondering during the actual interview at the embassy do they need to see the original divorce decree, or is a copy of the divorce decree suffice.
