Need Quebec french translation

Hi ! I am from Vancouver BC but had a roomate many years ago from Quebec.

I hadn't heard from her in over 20 yrs and was very happy to have found her on facebook.

She called me lastnight and we talked on the phone for 3 hrs!

Anyway, we used to speak Quebec french all the time but now I can't remember much at all.

I would like to write her a note in french and let her know how happy I am to have re-connected with her.

Could someone help me translate English to Quebec French?
