Has anyone sent a completed 3.5 packet from the US to the Consulate?

Has anyone asked their fiance/fiancee to send the sign forms (DS 156, DS156K, ETC.) to you so you can include your I-134 forms and send the completed packet 3.5 from the U.S. to the consulate?

The reason why I'm saying is because my fiance's residency is NOT in a remote area where it is a guarantee that he will receive it. It happened before! (even though I specified that the courier should call my fiance so he can pick up the parcel)

The I-134 documents (plus I have co-supporters, so it is a LOAD of documents) are pretty confidential so I dont want to take the risk to send it.

Yes, others have sent the I-134 directly to the consulate. I can't see why it would matter if it all came from the US. Make sure to follow the consulate's instructions. Some want all the forms/documents submitted at the same time rather than in multiple packages.
