When I file the I-751 do I have to file exactly 90 days before, or can I file like 85 days before my wife's greencard expires without trouble.

Also I noticed in another topic someone mentioned a good faith waiver, What is a good faith waiver?

Thanks for the help.

You can file No Sooner than 90 days before the PR/Green Card expires - so 85 days before it expires is fine.

Good faith waiver has to do with divorce.

We were out of the country on our 90 days.... we actually sent the papers 65days before expiry.

It states it should be sent WITHIN 90 days' expiry..... so 85 days is perfect!!

Good luck with your application!! :)
