Actually, I read up on her and followed her hearings. I had some concerns based on some of the news that was out there and I, for one, am satisfied at this point - as much as I can be seeing that I'm not a law scholar - that she'll be a good judge on the court making decisions based on the merits of a case and based on the law and precedent. Wouldn't call that "rubber stamping" her. She'll be confirmed with more votes than the Democrats can muster themselves. As she should be.

From what i've seen, the questions have been loaded... from both sides. She's being very coy and not biting. I'd like a little more information from her though. I'd like to see where she stands on both civil liberties and on 1st and 2nd amendment.

she's not on a date on saturday night. she's dodging the question, which makes me wonder what her stance really is.

Rendering a personal opinion on her views about gun ownership and self-defense would create automatic bias.

I don't see what is so wrong with her quoting law and legal precedent in response to the question - anything else is loading the die for one side or other to spit the dummy, as they are wont to do.
